Old Lobby with damaged and dirty furniture. We came with a baby and 3 luggages and no staff to welcome or to help us. Just an answer: you have to wait 2 hours for the checkin. We decided to pay one night (conditions) and cancelled the 2nd and we leaved immediately.

This hotel is alright for an overnight stay. Not for more than 2 days. I would rate it as fair. The staff are both kind and helpful. It was clean.

The amneties could be better. Our aircon didn't work and we had to change rooms. There were some malfunctions in the toilet.

please consider to improve the hygiene.

the staffs are friendly and polite.

The room was dirty. The floor feels sticky and looks so dirty. The curtain was dirty too (need to be washed). The wall inside the bathroom have some black spots (maybe it was mold). The air inside the room have unpleasant smells.

Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy

Kettle didn't work, shower head was covered in limescale and spraying in random directions, tap on the sink leaked out the sides. But, overall we really enjoyed the stay. Would come again.

Room was spacy and very clean and cost was exceptional There is a spa and a really good restaurant too. And all meats were halal. Had hot water in shower and a hair dryer too. Room service was good and they did the laundry and folded them so nicely. Everything smelled amazing. Overall our stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a more authentic experience.

So much to like about this hotel! Breakfast/food: it wasn't extensive, however, what's on offer was super tasty. We stuffed our faces with Indonesian food & fresh fruit every morning (it hit the spot). We ordered room service & used the restaurant a couple of times - the duck was lovely. Room: it was very comfortable (size, bed size, number of sockets, table space to put your belongings). The only part I had an issue with is cleanliness. On our first day, we noticed the shower had not been cleaned properly (the previous guest's dirty still remained). I think the cleaning staff need to be more vigilant in checking all areas of the room for dirt and clean more thoroughly between guest stays. Location: A few things to mention on this, as the location of the hotel is away from the main tourist area. At first, we were in shock but then started realizing how perfect the location was for us. 1. We were surrounded by Indonesians who are so polite, happy & pleasant. 2. We rented a motorbike from the hotel which was convenient & easy to book. There's a petrol pump opposite the hotel - ideal before heading off on our adventures. There's parking in front of the hotel (had peace of mind knowing the bike is kept on the hotel's premises overnight). 3. Over the weekend there's a chicken sate stall opposite the hotel - great cheap eat 4. Fresh food market and a mini-mart 1min away which had a cash machine (ATM) inside. 5. Location of the hotel allowed us to get to the main roads easily and quickly to reach Ubud or other tourist destinations. 6. As the area isn't that touristy, the prices for food, restaurants & shopping are reasonable. Customer service: The staff is so polite, attentive, proactive & pleasant.

The hotel and its room are in need of some serious refurbishment. It looks aged and tired. The bathrooms need to be retiled, updated and mastic applied more neatly to give a more professional finish.

I would rate the hotel very good if the food was better and the kitchen staff was more professional

The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Overall the room was comfortable and very clean.

The breakfast would be better if only the staff in charge of preparing omelettes could keep their promises to bring my omelette to my table. I went to their section asking for omelette and the male cooking staff said that they would deliver the omelette to my table. I waited for a good 15 minutes and the omelette never came while people who just came got served an omelette. I asked them again and they told me to wait because they would bring the omelette to my table. But after another 15 min waiting I still didn’t get that omelette! I have never had this annoying omelette experience in other hotels. The kitchen staff was not professional.

Great hotel and value for money

The front office was nice, check in + check out were very quick and smooth. Breakfast was also good! Appreciated the chef :)

The security! It was raining when I walked from the lobby to the car parking. The security was using an umbrella, and he did nothing. At least help me to share the umbrella, but he just looked at me from up to toe. 2nd, when I was check out, no one help me to cross the road. I saw there were 2 security in the security station but they didnt do anything.

Great Hotel, Friendly staff, Nice buffet breakfast, Value for money!

Great breakfast, Staff came and asked what we want more. They also made coffee and a omelette for us. Hotel has a 24 hour restaurant. Very convenient! Great selection of foods in the buffet breakfast, also had live cooking.! Hotel also organise us a driver for day tours! If anyone want day tours ask for Ketut (+62 812 3627 112) He can speak English very well and has a huge knowledge about local places.( also a good Photographer) :)

Honestly, very good value for price.

The breakfast was quite good. I also liked the assistance from staff, they were very friendly and kind to us. Room service was also nice.

The location is not of much convenience. Because of the heavy traffic jam in the city overall, it was very hard to get to the places on a taxi cab (though if you are going to drive a bike, you might be getting quicker to the place)
